Our process is aimed at helping our clients fill their vacancies with the ideal candidates fast and painlessly. Here’s how we make it happen:
We start with the hiring company. Understanding the client’s needs is an essential part of the process; specifically, in terms of profiles, qualifications, cultural fit, compensation, and all the small things that really make a difference. In the end, we know the devil is in the details.
Identifying candidates with the required skills for the position, in that exact moment when they are considering a change in their careers, either actively or passively. How can we know this? Well, since we are tech nerds, we’ve developed some ad-hoc tools that help us in our search =)
We make sure the candidates are experienced for the role, evaluate communication skills, and understand expectations and motivations. Soft skills are a must nowadays and we take that into account during this stage. Again, since we are a software company, we speak the same language as them, understand what the different technologies are, and know exactly how to connect with them. Candidates are clients for us as well, and we want them to find the opportunity they are looking for.
It’s coding time! If the video screening went well, the next step is to have them write some code and solve a few challenges. We also take a look at repositories and evaluate the quality of the code to find out if they have the best practices in their day-to-day coding.
Once a candidate goes through each of these stages successfully, they become a potential match and the time to meet each other has come. We schedule a call for both candidate and client to start the company’s hiring process.
